Brewed in December 2017, Über-Fest is a double-strength version of our recently released fall seasonal, Festbier, brewed with the same 100% imported Vienna and Pilsner malt and Perle hops, and fermented with our Bavarian monastery yeast.
Über-Fest was cold-lagered for nearly nine months — the longest we’ve ever lagered a bier — resulting in a big, boozy, high-alcohol lager that’s also smooth and clean, with rich, biscuity malt character and warming alcohols.
Only 45 cases of this extremely limited-edition bier were packaged. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
