More About the Bier

- 11.0% ABV / 30 IBU
This dark doppelbock lager boasts rich malt flavors of chocolate with Kahúa-like coffee notes, hints of anise and raisin, and a slightly sweet boozy finish.
Dunkelbock is brewed with 100% imported Munich and Pilsner malt and a handful of other dark specialty malts, and imported Perle hops. Keeping with our commitment to time-honored, traditional brewing practices, it’s decocted, fermented with our Bavarian monastery yeast and naturally carbonated during a long, cold lagering period.
Starting at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 11, enjoy a classic Dunkel paired with a pretzel for $5, or paired with a bratwurst for $7. Kitchen open until 10:00 p.m.
Dunkelbock will be on draft in the Bierhalle for a limited time (while supplies last). Sales of 6-packs will continue through regular business hours while supplies last.
