We’re pleased to announce our first-ever brewery-only, limited-edition spezial bottled bier release, Wunder Pils!
A Pilsner-Style Doppelbock, Wunder Pils is a high-alcohol lager with a full, round, malt backbone, and a perceptible level of bitterness expected in a Pils. Late kettle hopping with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops infuses a delicate hop flavor. Although Doppelbocks are known for their brown color, modest bitterness and caramel, molasses and chocolate malt flavors, Wunder Pils is a deep gold, with honey malt flavors and noble hop aromas (7.25% ABV, 45 IBU).
Wunder Pils will be available exclusively in the Bierhalle at KC Bier Co. beginning Wednesday, June 27 at 2:00 p.m., in 6-packs ($10.99) or by the case ($40). Sales are limited to 1 case per person while supplies last; only 45 cases were packaged. Get it while you can!
