Join us on the first Friday of each month from January-March for Bierstacheln, the centuries-old German tradition involving heating a hot metal poker over fire and inserting it into a glass of bier.The hot poker rapidly caramelizes residual malt sugars in the bier creates a creamy foam while slightly reducing the carbonation and warming the bier. Come and try it for yourself! We’ll have multiple biers available to be poked. Purchase our Bierstacheln glass for a free first pour and $1 off future pours!
