Brewery Tour

Take a tour of Kansas City’s largest locally-owned brewery to receive a behind-the-scenes peek at how our award-winning, critically-acclaimed German-style bier is made.

During the tour, you’ll have an opportunity to learn how we adhere to the Reinheitsgebot, the German bier purity law of 1516 which states that bier can only be made with malt, hops, water and yeast. You’ll also be able to touch and taste our imported German barley malt; smell our imported Bavarian-grown noble hops; and learn more about the time-honored traditional brewing processes and methods that produce our German-style bier, including decoction mashing, two-tank fermentation and conditioning, lagering and packaging.

Brewery tours take place every Saturday at 1:00 PM. The guided tours cost $10 per person and include bier samples and a souvenir glass. We suggest arriving 30 to 45 minutes early in order to purchase tickets before they sell out. Maximum group size for Saturday public tours is 40 people. Click here for more information.
