Bierhalle

Visit our Bierhalle attached to the brewery and enjoy the Gemütlichkeit of a neighborhood meeting place where friends can enjoy traditional German sausages, pretzels, and featured menu items that complement our bier in a family-friendly setting. We offer full service, communal seating at our large, traditional tables and benches. We do not take individual reservations, but for groups of 20 or more, we recommend reserving tables in advance(link to reservation form)

Biergarten

Experience Bavarian culture in our outdoor Biergarten located on the Trolley Track Trail in Waldo. As in Bavaria, our Biergarten is a public place for people of all ages to come together. Our Biergarten also has a designated dog-friendly seating area. Patrons are permitted to bring in their own food to be eaten in the Biergarten, or have food delivered. All food eaten in the Bierhalle must be purchased from the kitchen.

We have a small kitchen, and our menu offerings are intended to be consumed fresh on-site and paired with our German-style bier.  Guests are permitted to bring in outside food to the Biergarten only or have it delivered to the Biergarten only.

Customers are able to take home our award-winning, authentic German-style bier by purchasing a growler in our Bierhalle. A 10% discount on growler fills is available on Wednesdays for all amber glass growlers, while a 20% discount is available to KC Bier Co. Growler Club members with stainless steel growlers.
