A fuller-bodied, high-ABV version of our Helles Lager. Rich, honey-like malt character from double decoction mashing with 100% imported German Pilsner malt. Moderate bitterness from Bavarian-grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. Crisp, clean finish from pure Bavarian lager yeast, which naturally carbonated the bier during seven weeks of cold lagering.
