Mai-O-Maibock is an amber doppelbock-style version of our spring seasonal, Maibock. It’s the same recipe as our traditional Maibock, but brewed to a higher alcohol content (10% ABV), which adds a boozy character to the rich malt flavors of honey and toasted biscuits — yet it remains crisp and refreshing. Mai-O-Maibock is double decocted, naturally carbonated, and brewed with only four ingredients: water, yeast, and 100% imported malt and hops.
