Rot Rauch Roggen is a limited edition Spezial bier, brewed with the KC Biermeister’s Homebrew Competition scale-up winner, Eric Martin. This red smoked rye lager has a good balance of malty sweetness, spicy rye, and a touch of smoke aroma and flavor. In German, “rot” translates to red and “Rauch” translates to smoke.
