Have a question, concern, or comment? We always appreciate hearing from fans! Use the form below to submit your question, and our team will respond as quickly as possible. Please note some FAQs:

• Is [insert name of bier] still on tap at the brewery? A current draft list is always available on our website. Click What’s on Tap under the Our Bier drop-down menu on the main navigation.
• Are you currently offering tours? Yes, we are offering tours every Saturday at 1:00PM. Tickets and more information can be found here
• How do I request a charitable donation? If you are a representative of a nonprofit organization seeking a donation to an event, please use the Donation Request Form. Please note that requests must be made at least 45 days in advance of an event.
• Do you sell kegs directly to the public? We do not. However, there are retailers across our distribution territory where kegs are available for purchase. Try using the Bier Finder!
• Are children allowed in the Bierhalle & Biergarten? Children of all ages are allowed. We kindly request that guests with children please monitor and supervise children for the preservation of our facilities, flowers and trees, and for their safety and that of other guests. Please refrain from climbing on the Biergarten fence, and please refrain from climbing trees in the green space, which is the property of the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority.
• Are dogs allowed in the Bierhalle & Biergarten? If capacity allows, we will accommodate guests with dogs in the designated dog seating area. Per KCMO ordinances, the designated dog seating area includes the tables on the paved surface under the tents at the front of the Biergarten. If this area is full at the time of your arrival, we will gladly put your name on a waitlist and will seat you as soon as we’re able.
• Are you accepting reservations?  If you have a party of 20 or more and wish to make a reservation please click our Reservation tab located under the Visit Us section. Otherwise, we do not accept reservations. All tables in the Bierhalle and Biergarten are communal seating (as is customary in a German-style Biergarten) and are seated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
