We’re kicking off our KC Oktoberfest week with a Beerfest watch party! In this 2006 tongue-in-cheek comedy, a group of old college buddies train to compete against the Germans in a super-secret underground international beer games competition.
Will Team USA prevail? You’ll just have to show up and watch. During the movie, buy any klassiker bier and pair it with a pretzel for $6, or grab a bier/bratwurst combo for $8. We’ll also have an Oktoberfest-themed photo booth with props, where you can snap and post selfies for a chance to win tickets to our KC Oktoberfest, Oct. 4-5 at Crown Center, plus we’ll give away some tickets that evening to the “best-dressed Bavarians.” (That means wear your lederhosen, dirndl, or a Beerfest-themed costume; keep it clean and have fun!)
Please note that Beerfest is rated R and only guests age 21 and over will be permitted. Doors open at 6:00 PM, film at 7:00 PM. The Bierhalle will close at 10:00 PM.
