1st Course- Crab cake appetizer with remoulade & pickled celery paired with Pils- a clean, assertive but delicate bitter & spicy bier with hop aroma, and a crisp, dry finish (5% ABV | 35 IBU)
2nd Course- Asparagus & Pea salad served with beer mustard vinaigrette & mint paired with Hefeweizen- a pale, hazy, Bavarian-style wheat ale, with fruity banana esters, and spicy clove-like phenols (5.2% ABV | 13 IBU)
3rd Course- Braised pork belly entree with celery root puree, salt baked fennel & pork jus paired with Doppelbock- a deep, rich, malty, historical amber lager (7% ABV | 24 IBU)
4th Course- An almond dessert cake with a balsamic caramel drizzle & almond crumble and served with vanilla gelato paired with Dunkel- a medium-bodied, brown, Munich-style lager, with toasted-bread-crust & caramel malt flavors
