KC Bier Co. is proud to join Sierra Nevada and more than 1,000 breweries nationwide brewing Resilience IPA to support relief efforts for The Camp Fire, the most destructive wildfire in California history.
Our version is an India Pale Lager brewed with our German lager yeast and imported German malt and hops. The result — Resilience IPL — is a bier with the crisp, clean flavors of a German-style lager and the citrusy, floral characteristics of an American IPA (6.7% ABV, 70 IBU).
Resilience IPL will be available exclusively in our Bierhalle beginning Tuesday, Dec. 18 at 2:00 p.m. It will be on draft and available for growler fills while supplies last. 100% of the proceeds from Resilience IPL will directly support the Sierra Nevada Camp Fire Relief Fund.
