Our White Label Series of limited edition bier continues this summer with Heller Bock, a double-strength version of our traditional Helles Lager. It has the same mellow, honey-like malt flavor and crisp, clean character from Bavarian lager yeast as Helles Lager, but is fuller-bodied with slightly more hop bitterness. “Heller” means “pale” in German, indicating that this bier has an unexpected pale amber color for a strong Doppelbock-style lager. Heller Bock is brewed with 100% imported German malt and hops, pure Andechs Bavarian lager yeast, double-decocted and naturally carbonated.
It will be available in limited edition 6-packs exclusively in the Bierhalle and will go on sale beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11. Sales will continue during regular business hours while supplies last. The bier also will be available on draft in the Bierhalle while supplies last.
