We make bier-flavored beer, using only four ingredients: water; imported German malt from IREKS — a 160-year old family-owned Bavarian maltster in Kulmbach, Germany; all-imported German hops grown on the 600-year-old Seitz Farm in Bavaria’s famous Hallertau Valley; and yeast from Andechs, a 500-year-old Bavarian monastery and brewery.

The core of all our offerings, Dunkel, Hefeweizen, Helles Lager, Pure Pils, Never Say IPA, and Bier Co Light are available on draught and in 6-packs of 12 oz. bottles year-round at our Bierhalle and Biergarten, in bars and restaurants, and at retail stores throughout our distribution area.

Spezial Series
Our Spezial Series focuses on less common German styles and on “reinterpretations” of German styles from an American craft brewer’s perspective. Many of the Spezial biers are produced year-round, while others are only available occasionally. They are available on draught in our Bierhalle & Biergarten and occasionally in taverns, and occasionally in bottles only in the Bierhalle.
