Private Events
Our facilities can be reserved for groups of 40 or more on a varied schedule (see below). We do not schedule buy-outs in the Bierhalle or Biergarten during our normal operating hours.

Bierhalle
- Availability: Mondays
- Capacity: 64-74 seated seated, 100 with standing room
- Features: Family-style tables, standing tables, bar seating
- Minimum Spend: $600 with 20% gratuity

Biergarten
- Availability: Mondays & Regular Operating Hours
- Capacity: 275-320 seated, 400 with standing room
- Features: Family-style tables, covered patio areas, umbrellas, children’s playhouse
- Minimum Spend:
- 2 tables, $250 with 20% gratuity
- 3 tables, $350 with 20% gratuity
- 4 tables, $450 with 20% gratuity
- A/V Capabilities: No
Brewery
- Availability: Friday-Sunday, times vary. Must book at least 4 weeks in advance
- Capacity: 80 seated, 100 with standing room
- Features: Family-style tables, private room
- Minimum Spend:
- Room Buy-Out: $600 w/ 20% gratuity
- Table Reservations
- 2 tables, $250 with 20% gratuity
- 3 tables, $350 with 20% gratuity
- 4 tables, $450 with 20% gratuity

Klubhaus
- Availability: Mondays + Regular Operating Hours
- Capacity: 60 seated, 80 with standing room
- Features: Family-style tables, private room
- Minimum Spend:

Private events must be booked at least three weeks in advance. Private events are subject to availability. Please email info@kcbier.com if you are interested in hosting a private event on a Monday and would like more information. Please allow up to 48 hours for response.
