Private Events
Our facilities can be reserved for a corporate meeting or private party on Monday when our Bierhalle and Biergarten are closed to the public for groups of 40 or more. We do not schedule buy-outs or private events during our normal operating hours.
The Bierhalle is a community gathering place with 6 large family style seating tables & 3 long standing tables. The bar top wraps around the North side of the room creating additional seating as needed. Along the East wall is a giant garage door which leads out to the biergarten. Cocktail Capacity : 100 Seating Capacity : 62-74
The Biergarten is our outdoor warm weather destination. It holds 32 large family-style tables, water stations, and a play house for the kids. Umbrellas are stationed accordingly to provide a shady retreat when needed. Cocktail Capacity : 400 Seating Capacity : 252-320
We require a minimum purchase of $15 per person plus tax and 20% gratuity for Monday events.
Private events must be booked at least three weeks in advance. Private events are subject to availability. Please email info@kcbier.com if you are interested in hosting a private event on a Monday and would like more information. Please allow up to 48 hours for response.
