Large Party Reservation Requests
As is customary in a German Biergarten, we offer communal seating on a first-come, first-served basis and do not accept reservations. If you are planning on bringing a large group of at least 20 guests, we recommend submitting a reservation request.
Before you submit your request, please note the following information:
- There are minimum purchase requirements for parties of 20 or more guests:
- 20 guests @ 2 tables = $250
- 30 guests @ 3 tables = $350
- 40 guests @ 4 tables = $450
- If the minimum purchase is not met, the host credit card will be charged for the difference, which will be applied to a gift card and given to the host to be used at a later date.
- All parties with more than 20 guests will be charged 20% gratuity
- Seating for parties of 20 or more are available in our Biergarten only
- Family-style tables accommodate 8-10 people
- We are family friendly, however we do not allow kid-centered reservations
- We cannot schedule private events or buy-outs during our normal operating hours
- Private Events are available on Mondays when we are closed to the public, if you are interested in hosting an event on a Monday please email info@kcbier.com for more information.
If you are interested in submitting a reservation request, please complete the form below and allow a minimum of 24 hours for a response. Requests made over the weekend may take up to 48 hours for a response. Please note this is a request; reservations are subject to availability.
