Gose
Gose is a tart, unfiltered wheat ale spiced with coriander and salt. Although not technically compliant with the German Reinheitsgebot because it uses ingredients other than malt and hops, it is permitted in Germany as a regional specialty that is usually associated with the city of Leipzig. Gose (Go’-suh) has common roots with other tart beers originating in northern Europe, such as Berliner Weisse and Belgian Witbier. Although Witbier has largely lost its tart character, Gose retains it.

Kölsch
A pale, light-bodied and crushable Köln-style golden ale, Kölsch is made for summer with its delicate noble hop aroma, subtle fruitiness and crisp, clean and refreshing finish. Named an Editors’ Pick by Craft Beer & Brewing Magazine in the June/July 2021 issue and awarded a 97 rating! It’s back for 2025 with an even longer sales period, available from March 1st through August 1st!
Originating in the city of Cologne (Köln), Germany, the Kölsch style was the result of the growing popularity of pale lagers in the nineteenth century. At the time, brewers mainly used top-fermenting yeast, whereas lagers used bottom-fermenting yeast at colder temperatures. In response to the popularity while preserving their traditions, the brewers in Cologne created a new type of bier, using pale pilsner malt and fermenting with their top-fermenting yeast, but at lower temperatures. They named this new style Kölsch after their city, and the style remains a German staple to this day!
Maibock
Maibock is a medium-bodied amber bock lager with rich malt flavors of caramel and honey, moderate bitterness, and a crisp, clean, silky-smooth finish. Its paler malt and bock strength make it the perfect bier to transition between winter and spring biers.
Brewed with 100% imported Pilsner and Vienna malt, all-imported Perle hops grown on the 600-year-old Seitz Farm in Bavaria’s famous Hallertau Valley hop-growing region. Maibock is cold-conditioned for weeks and naturally carbonated by pure lager yeast from Andechs, a Bavarian monastery brewery.
