Eis Weiss was made by carefully freezing our Weizenbock Dunkel, a Dark Doppelbock Wheat Ale, and removing the ice that formed, leaving behind a concentrated, rich liquid. Rich and silky with notes of fig and clove and a boozy sweetness, Eis Weiss reminds us of a barleywine or wheat wine. On draught for a limited time!

Germans Love Jazz

A collaboration with Vine Street Brewing, Germans Love Jazz is a high-ABV Hefeweizen made with a combination of German and American ingredients to celebrate brewing tradition and the future of bier. German wheat malt and Hefeweizen yeast provide a soft malt base and notes of banana. We dry-hopped this bier with American Bru-1 and Sabro hops, which provide tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut. A fusion of old school and new school, Germans Love Jazz sings a tune that will please all ears.
