A filtered version of our Hefeweizen. Kristallweizen maintains the yeast aroma and character of the Hefeweizen, but is lighter-bodied with a more mild flavor.

Weizenbock Dunkel
Weizenbock Dunkel is a dark, strong wheat bier brewed with 100% all-natural, German-grown malt and hops. It boasts big aromas of fresh-baked banana bread and spice, and flavors of caramel and candied banana with a subtle booze sweetness.
Eisbock Gold
Eisbock Gold is a pale Eisbock lager made by carefully freezing our Dortmunder and removing the accumulated ice, leaving behind a smooth, mildly hopped golden bier with slight boozy sweetness.
Pils Light
A lower-alcohol version of our Pure Pils brewed with 100% German malt and hops in collaboration with Bierstadt Lagerhaus and Schönramer. At 107 calories and 3.5% alcohol, Pils Light is low in calories and alcohol without compromising flavor and authenticity. We are planning to eventually make this a widely distributed release.
Baltic Porter
Baltic Porter is dark and complex, with rich malt flavors of molasses and hints of chocolate and coffee. Unlike English-style Porters fermented warm with ale yeast, Baltic Porter is fermented slow and cold using our lager yeast, which provides a smooth and mellow finish.
